Rob joined as partner in 2014 after 21+ years in electrical/electronic component manufacturing and marketing. He received his BS Degree from Iowa State in Industrial Technology. In addition to becoming well versed in organization development, he has also gained considerable expertise in the areas of:

• Quality assurance and quality control management consultation

• ISO 9001 implementation, lead auditor and internal auditing, etc.

• Product safety compliance certification and consultation (UL, CSA IEC, European, Asian, etc)

• Manufacturing and operational processes

• Engineering management

• Access to a network of other engineering services: technical drawings, testing services, electrical and electronic engineering, embedded and PC software creation, etc.
